Compassionate End-of-Life and Grief Support Services
Our Services: Compassionate Support for Life’s Hardest Moments
At Center for the Heart, we provide heartfelt support for individuals and families navigating aging, death, and grief. Our holistic and compassionate services are designed to bring peace, dignity, and understanding to these deeply personal experiences.
We Focus Our Services in 3 Key Areas:
-
End-of-Life Doulas & Eldercare Advocates
Death is hard—not just for the person dying, but for their family too. It can feel overwhelming, confusing, and even lonely. That’s why having the right support is so important.
Our trained end-of-life doulas and eldercare advocates are here to help. Our goal is to make sure every person’s final days are filled with dignity, comfort, and the care they deserve.

Grief Support Services
Losing someone you love is never easy, and grief can feel like a rollercoaster. You don’t have to go through it alone.
We offer one-on-one counseling, group workshops, and community programs to help you process your loss, express your emotions, and begin to heal in your own way and time.

Caregiver Support Group
Taking care of a loved one at the end of their life is an act of love, but it can also be exhausting and emotional.
Our Caregiver Support Circle is a bi-weekly virtual meet-up where caregivers can share their experiences, get advice, and connect with others who understand. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we’re here to listen and help.
This group offers guidance, community, and compassionate listening.
